I got this bike in August. Also an eBay purchase for 60 pounds, plus delivery. Again, a 100% original Viscount in good condition. This is my restoration project. I'll not touch the frame, but will re-chrome the rusty parts and also re-build the wheels as the spokes are pretty rusty and loose. I believe this bike hasn't been ridden a lot as it came with the original tires. My guess is that it was ridden in the beginning, then stored in a garage. The bearings were super smooth, so was the bottom bracket. It may be that they were replaced at some point, but it must have been a knowledgeable mechanic who did the jobs; the bike doesn't show any evidence of some hobbyist fiddling with it.
